Volunteering Abroad

Volunteering abroad on one of hundreds of worthwhile, constructive and community based programmes means you can make a difference in one of 25 third world and developing countries.

With Projects Abroad, your compassion, skills and energy will be channelled into a rewarding and challenging experience while volunteering abroad.

Volunteering Abroad – Why, Who and What?

Volunteering abroad will be a unique life and travel experience. At the same time as making a genuine contribution to the community in which you live, you will understand and fall in love with amazing countries, make friends for life and learn much about your self and the world around you.

Volunteering abroad is open to all ages and Projects Abroad offers flexible start dates and project durations from two weeks up to twelve months.

People volunteering abroad may work with deprived children in orphanages in Cambodia, teach English in Nepal, help with cutting edge conservation measures in the heart of the Amazon rainforest or build houses in rural African communities.
