Help support disadvantaged children in Belize by joining our Care & Community Project in Belize.

Many care centres and kindergartens in Belize are understaffed and under-resourced, and you’ll help give each child the individual care and attention they deserve. Whether you are helping children learn to read, playing sports with them, or teaching them a new game, the time and attention you give the children is very beneficial. Any skills you have to offer are welcome.

You’ll also help with day-to-day tasks, such as washing dishes and cleaning, which gives the local staff a free hand to focus on the children most in need. Every little bit you can contribute goes a long way.

You’ll also be involved with community work, where you will work alongside other volunteers on physical improvements, such as painting classrooms or helping with community clean-ups. This is a great way to leave a legacy in the community that will be enjoyed for years to come.

You’ll stay with a local host family, and immerse yourself in the local culture and community. Our staff will also arrange social activities in the evenings, along with weekend trips to explore this beautiful country.
