Volunteering abroad on one of hundreds of worthwhile, constructive and community-based programmes means you can make a difference in one of over 30 developing and emerging countries.
With Projects Abroad, your compassion, skills and energy will be channelled into a rewarding and challenging experience while volunteering abroad.
Volunteering abroad – why do it?
There are so many unique benefits to volunteering abroad. You’ll get the chance to explore a new country and experience a new culture. Living with a host family and working in a local community is a fantastic way to really immerse yourself in the local way of life.
You’ll also become part of a global volunteer community, meeting new people and making lifelong friends. There is the added advantage of learning new skills and being able to boost your CV. Most importantly, volunteering abroad gives you the chance to lend a helping hand to a community in need, and make a positive difference in the lives of others.
